Prof. Forli Amusak Frank was a fraudulent individual that joined our staff. He cleverly tried to make advancements in other universities in the Federation until he was caught and blacklisted by National Univeristies Commission (NUC).
Here is a public notice about the quack who was the HOD, Computer Science at Novena University. He held that position for more than half a decade.
Unfortunately, our poster-child (Askia Oghale Tessy) was asked to mention his contribution to her advancement in 2011 (prior to his public disgrace). This is a student we were able to help-out in 2009, and she proceed to UK to set a record as the Best Grad Foreign Student of Computer Science.
